Notice: Another Blog

Hey, I have just made another blog. I'll still continue this one, but if you're interested in what other random stuff I have to say, check it out. The plan is to have the posts really short, just a few sentences about something completely random. ...Or something. I named the blog 'Sugar Grains'. If you want to see it, just click on my profile picture and you'll find a list of my blogs on that page. Or, here's just a link for it: http://sugargrains.blogspot.com/. It's new, just made yesterday, so there's not much right now, but yeah.... Check it out if you're interested!

Wings of Words

I've been at girls camp these last four days....hurray for no showers!

Here's a poem I wrote before I went. It's different from the other ones I've done; it has a rhythm.

The Journey of My Thoughts and Me
By Me(Whatomic)
written 7/23/12

Wherever the far wind goes,
Dear Sir
I'm carried along fast with it
My books, my stories, my countless bought-breaths
down flutter in a river of mist

They twist, they turn
they swing haps-a-loopsy
still struggle to get caught in the reeds
but all their attempts
get lost in the current
as they float listlessly in their deeds

But the breeze picks up-
Oh blessed wind!
and it flings them out of the river
and out to the sky
where the great whales live
in a sight to make paper quiver

And so it goes on!
In the distance unheard
lies a story again yet discovered
My thoughts spread their book-wings
and stretching them so
begin to be slightly uncovered

We fly over mountains,
stone castles and oceans
Searching for something that-will-be
We live here so fine,
So high, In the sky! It's called-

the journey of my thoughts and me.

Might've been inspired by this.....I think.

Answers From the Heart

Answers

*written to Kokoro no Kara by Team. (ending theme of the anime "Kokoro Connect")

My flimsy dream disappeared when I woke up
I don't know anymore,
Please tell me;
Who am I?

bare-footed, and stumbling on shards of glass
I was wrong the entire time
Wasn't I?

Though the sunset was so beautiful befalling the city
I wonder if it can provide me with answers?
All I ever ask are questions clothed in prideful riddles
My mother says I think too much.

Someone irreplaceable; I could die defending them
I don't have anyone like that
Though they often portray that in movies,
My skepticism only hides my envy.

Someone please help me!
I feel as though I've lost my way
Not understanding those words
is painful, isn't it?

My alarm clock proclaims the time as it passes away
I watch it every day
In my mind the past replays
As I imagine different turn-outs.

The sky is so wide, it almost hurts
I wanted to live there long ago
who was that person behind me?
I feel as though they've been abandoned.

Can I live in this world I've been born in?
I'm still learning, so
Slowly but continuously, maybe
I'll find the answers.

Pandora's Rain in The Underworld

Pandora's Rain

*Written by Me(Whatomic) 7/16/12
to this song: Sora kara futtekita Shoujo (All that Jazz- Castle in the Sky Ost) Ghibli
All of the Ghibli 'All that Jazz' songs are amazing; check them out.

Yes, a long time ago
It began and never ended
this spinning melody.

I can smell the rain starting to fall
An old woman walks with her face hidden by her umbrella
You see, I can't hold all of my fears back.

A dark day
Is brighter to me
A roar in the silent wind.

It has fallen again; the illusion.
Enveloping the end of the Earth is a Pandora's box
The one thing left behind by you is Hope.

Shh,
The eyes are slowly closing on your Heart
Only the patter of Rain is sounding.

SAYA IN UNDERWORLD

So yeah, totally changing subjects from nostalgic rainy thinking to Japanese Horror; I found a new site! Well actually, I was recommended and pressed to read it by my brother who is an avid Horror fan. The blog I'm talking about is SAYA IN UNDERWORLD. It's a blog where 'Saya' has translated a whole bunch of Japanese Horror stories into English At first I was skeptical since I'm typically a non-horror story person( I was when I was little, but then I decided I liked my sleep more), but when I actually went on I was surprised that I couldn't stop reading them one after another. They're so interesting! The scariest one I have come across so far is 'The Red Room'. It makes me shudder to think about it. Ick. But I must thank my brother who told me about it. Thanks Mass- and- Inertia! I doubt I will sleep anymore!

I listen to Raujika-Bamboo when I read the stories. A link to the blog is also in 'The blogs I'm following List' at the side of the page to the right among the clutter of gadgets(sorry about that).

Once Upon a Time Soaked in Rain

If you compare rain to sadness, love to a rose, and sunshine to happiness, what do you get?

"Love's roots might be soaked in sadness, however it blooms in happiness."

That's what I came up with at least. It was raining so I was thinking about it.

Strange huh?

Once Upon Time
by Me(Whatomic)
written to If only you knew (Piano composition)

"Once upon a Time"
There was a story.
it had been forgotten,
buried in the vast lines of others.

And then one day,
a star came down.
It politely asked of it's wish;
The story said:
"To be found."

I want to ride in time,
not once upon it.
I want to see where my loved ones have gone,
I want to hear them.

"Can I be remembered?"
Pleadingly the story inquired.
The star shed a tear at this, and said,
"My dear, you were never forgotten."

"Can you remember?"

Waltz of The Moon

Agh, I'm obsessed with this video and song. It's just too beautiful. It actually reminds me of a drawing I did once. I love things like this. It's a bit like Alice in Wonderland, but not quite. By the way, it looks a lot cooler in full-screen.

This song is Tsuki no Waltz by Mio Isayama (Tsuki no Waltz means Waltz of the Moon) I also like all the covers people have done, especially noting Chase's :Tsuki no Waltz (Chase) listen to it to, if you have time and like the song like I do.

I listen to this song while I write my horror story.(I'll put it up when I'm finished) It's wonderful.

I smell all the smoke from the fireworks. All that pollution.
