Aquarium

to : sky fish
Watching a large fish float by,
gaping it's mouth in words that won't come out.
the aquarium at night resembles
being in a snow globe.
Swept away, I watch it sweep them away,
the blue water on the other side of the glass.
If it shattered, I might be cut
but I won't drown.
Releasing my pale hands from the barrier,
a faint impression remains.
Alone, I watch the outer space above me,
and the swimming stars
dangling ungrantable wishes.
